1. Card access to everything-- you think it's great but you can't attach it to rest of your keychain (unless you have one of those wallet keychain) so you can easily get locked out. (which there will be a fee). If you're careful but your roommate is not, you'll end up waking up in the middle of the night to let irresponsible roommate back in.

2. Poorly constructed walls, cabinets, counters,stairways.

3. Small and cramped room.
Loud and obnoxious neighbors. (who continues to blast bass music til wee hours of the night -- after you've asked them to turn it down)

4.Roommate matching is BS.

5. Shady charachters/neighbors. On more than 5 occasion. Shady guys have yell out "yo... YO! you got any cigarette'" or "can I get a ride to Wake Tech/Shaw/State" in the parking lot. i don't smoke, I don't go to any of those schools, and my name is not Yo. (Yo is not the proper way of getting attention/asking for something). Learn some manners.

There are TONS of other lease by the bedroom apartments around there so I suggest you look somewhere else.
