Here?s the skinny my friends. The property never went under new management, the present management company ?Integroup? just took on a new name. As you can tell by now, yes I did work there. But I must say that things were looking up for the quality and training of the staff as well as the moral of the tenants, that was until they imported a fat, bald, ---- ?Property Manager?, who is just as crazy as her son who stops by the office sooo frequently to cause problems. After she?s been in the business for 21 years, Melrose is what she is left with??.congratulations! Lets not forget her --- lil' Assistant whom was later arrested for stealing money from the company. That?s were all your security deposits went my little friends. Maintenance was good, funding for events was non-existent but horney little hood rats were in large supply. So please if you are looking for the true ?Boyz in the Hood? college experience, just follow the bullet holes to Melrose. Enjoy DOG!!!

I have to agree with your description of Chloe and her wigger son. What a pair they are!!! Can't tell which one has their head further up their ass...him or her.

How sad. I lived at Melrose from 96-99 it was a great place to stay. What is a wigger? I'm sure some silly racial epithet made up by ignorant people who know better but refuse to do better.
