I would highly recommend noone live here unless you are a stuipid, loud, "gangster" wannabe. All of the tenants are loud and drive terrible through the parking lot.

The management isn't the greatest either. They have recently changed the name of the complex to University Village. Don't beleive what they tell you. It's no students just a bunch "thugs".

I agree and disagree. When I first moved here in Aug. it was that way, but management has done a good job at changing things. People don't understand how much work and time it takes to turn over an apt. community like that, and they did it just fine. I had a roommate problem and they fixed it in a timely manner, letting me and my roommate move to another apt., and got it cleaned and ready to move in pretty fast. They're pretty fast at fixing things and management is pretty nice and friendly This place is a student community and there are parties sometimes, and the only reason I won't live here again is because I am not a student, I'm 24 and need some peace and quiet. But if you don't mind occassional parties and you are a student, this place isn't bad. Besides that and the fact that the prices are going up i say it's ok.
