I currently live at University Village...where to start...should have known it was a bad sign the first day we moved in, We got in to our "new apt" and there were roaches everywhere, coming out the dishwasher, walls, showers, everywhere and now it is November and we still have them after visits of 4 terminators. Next our internet went out for about 2 weeks,if college student it is impossible to live w/o internet. The breezeways and stairs are constantly dirty because they do not listen to the tenants, boys live above us and below us setting their trash outside the door(reason for bugs probably) and they say they will "fine" the tenants but no, it's a constant problem. Now they have started visitor parking , we have a total of 20 spots for visitors, ridiculous. It's constantly loud at these apartments, dont let the nice gates and security box at the entrance fool you, there is no security and when you call a noise complaint the cops come after about 30 min.Last night there was a huge party and a girl left the party and ran into 3 cars smashing a girl in between 2 of the cars and drove off.Security would have been helpful but now theres 3 cars totaled and a girl w/ 2 broken legs. Don't move here, it may be the cheapest in price but quality too.
