I LOVE UNIVERSITY VILLAGE... LIVE HERE!!!

First off,

The review below this one must be from a very ---- person. I have lived at University Village for 2 years now and have completely loved my experiences.

I live in a four bedroom apartment and we painted the living room, kitchen and our rooms. We all use furniture provided by the apartment complex, and the maintenance men were very friendly with allowing us to pick which furniture we wanted. I love having my own room with my own bathroom. The room is spacious and is all I need. I have had one experience with a cockroach, but I killed it, and the exterminator came the next day and they haven't come back since.

The staff is always on top of things. I go to tan (for free) and they are all very friendly. Whenever I place a work order the maintenance men come that day and fix the problem. The staff always cares about my problems and are on top of making my living experience a good one. I have participated in pumpkin carving contests, free food on game days, cookies and candy in the office, a gingerbread house contest, and lots more fun activities.

The amenities are great! I love working out in the gym with while watching television on the new flat screen televisions. I tan for free in the office. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. And there is a computer lab in the office building with free printing that is open 24/7. Another plus that I didn't think about wanting is a vacuum and water hose to wash your car and vacuum it out. Also, the University Village pool is the best one around! It is huge with plenty of new chairs and space for laying out. It's also convenient to park right in front of my building. I always have a parking spot close to my building, and there are visitor spots and visitors can also park in front of the office building. Most of the tenants are college students so I never worry about safety issues. I have met all of my neighbors and they are very friendly.

All in all I love living at University Village. My rent is only $345 a month, and I resigned my lease early so it barely went up in between the two years I have lived here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the amenities are great and convenient, and I love my apartment! Hope you live here soon!
