The review two under me is VERY accurate actually. I have almost been at U Village for a year and I am sick and tired of it. It is ALWAYS loud, if you complain they do absolutely nothing about it. There is NEVER parking if you come in after 10 pm, even for the residents. I end up parking about 5 or 6 buildings down from my own building. There are always drunk girls crying or acting foolish in the parking lot. You can almost bet you'll see broken beer bottles on the sidewalks on Saturday and Sunday mornings. I will say the maintanance guys are very, very nice and always wave when they drive by. The pool is always super crowded because the one pool is shared with ALL of their properties. The office staff SUCKS, none of them know what they're talking about. I have updated them with my number 5000 times and they still don't know how to call me if they need to. They are all young idiots trying to run an apartment complex. They always promise or say one thing but then do another. Their tanning bed, sure it is free but its horrible. You fry alive inside because they have one floor fan sitting at one end of it. It was obviously cheaply put together the way things break all the time. The trash comes bright and early on Thursdays and the lawn mower is cranked at about 9am on Tuesdays. It is just too much money for such a dump. There are always people that don't live there at the pool and on the basketball courts. I am not paying rent for you to take up one of the lawn chairs at MY pool. They recently became pet friendly which is the only plus about that place.
