Hmmm, sounds like there were several recent posts to try to raise the ratings at this community. We don't fall for this, do we? Why were all 3 good ratings entered the same day?

saturnfan, i happen to know who wrote this review (a kid who lives here with his family). He and his family are extremely happy here and was upset by the former reviews. I realize that you are so obsessed with this property (to the point where I have some concern about you). But, you really ought to let it go. You have made false allegations (he doesn't work here, but I guess the facts wouldn't matter to you, he's too young). But what concerns me most about you is that you have never lived here. Why the obsession? Were you declined because you have really bad credit and would like to take it out on someone (pretending that its their fault and not your own)? I just have to ask because for you to respond to EVERY comment is a little overboard. You may want to seek help or find a hobby. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just honestly concerned about your mental well being. When I say that, I really do mean it in the nicest of ways. You just seem to have a very unhealthy obsession with a place you've never lived. Please take care of yourself. P.S. When you say "WE" don't fall for this, I don't think anyone would be jumping on your wierd bandwagon. If you haven't noticed yet, it looks like the place is almost full. So whoever you're referring to when you say "We" looks like "they" are inconsequential to the property that you so desperately want to attack.

Well i use this site to just check out places, im still deciding..all apartments in Brier creek..no offense but, i kind of agree with this saturnfan...im from Ohio and i dont want to visit 3795834 apartments when i take the trip there..so the reviews help a little. No, not too much because there are more people who would write salty/bad reviews before good ones..but letting a child write multiple reviews sways me far from this place, if they love it so much, have the parents explain why? The spelling and grammar is just horrible (i understand its a child, but if someone didn't know that, it would definitely turn someone off from looking here) Im not jumping on his "bandwagon" or what not..im just saying three badly, very badly written reviews does not encourage me to check this place out. Yes, i will look online for photos and prices but still.
