Moved in around October last year because they were running a good deal where if we moved in we didnt have to pay the rest of octobers rent and got a free months rent. Worked out nice and they gave us a few options for apartments and let us choose ours which was nice, but now that they are running even better deals the type of people moving in arent ones that make you feel safe living there.

I had to get a garage to park my car b/c they had a lot of break ins and Id rather not go through that. I've also had someone hit my garage door so now I have a dent in it that I didnt cause. Neighbors always have really shady characters coming and going and even staying for days and weeks at a time. A lot of the time for us they stand right in front of the walk way or the stairs and then give you a look like you're doing something wrong trying to get to your own apartment.

The noise level from the apartments above us and next to us we can some times hear neighbors but other times we cant. If our neighbor is playing his music or watching TV with surround sound I can usually hear it but if we let him know he usually turns it down.

The staff at the front desk not very helpful except for Laura. They kind of look at you with a blank stare and offer you no help.

Over all its not as bad as some places but god I cant wait till my lease is up in october!

I'm confused. So did they make you pay for a dent in your garage door? That happens a lot in apartment communities b/c they pack so many spots and garages together. But it sounds good that your neighbors turn down their tunes when you ask. So overall it is not bad but you gave them an overall rating of No? I work for another community and just think it is sad when people contradict themselves...why post? Maybe you should go talk to your management b/c I think they probably do and would do a lot more than you are giving them credit for. Good luck.

I said it wasnt as bad as some places...that doesnt mean much considering half of the other apartments in the area someone ends up getting shot. Im actually surprised that hasnt happened here. If management actually responded to things and did more I would give them credit. Like I said before only one person has been helpful and I will give her credit since she deserves it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless they want cheap rent and dont care about living in an unsafe complex. Maybe thats okay for some people, but not for me. My lease is up soon, and Im getting my own house so thats really all I care about in the end anyways.
