being charged for valet garbage when dumpster is literally a few steps away from apartment- and because i can't get out of this mthly charge, i utilize the service only to not have them pick up on regular basis - VERY FRUSTRATING AND COSTLY

After relocating and being retired, Mission Capital was a no brainer. Being a Senior Citizen it was an ideal being in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, retail and more importantly public transportation. Staff is very helpful and professional!!!

Maintenance always keep grounds super clean and every time I need something done in my apartment it gets done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Mission Capital Crossing. The application process was easy!

It's been great living at Mission Capital Crossing! Office staff and maintenance are great. Things get done in a timely manner I love the resident events and the resource center. There's always refreshments when you go to the office!

Terrible. Office staff is non responsive. Tickets are never completed in a timely manner meaning you have no appliance, no working outlet, etc. Bugs are a constant issue. Community and buildings are not well kept.
