I've been a tenant for over two years and also thought it looked ok on the utside, only to realize it's getting more ghetto-ish each day. Mgmt is extremely nice and friendly. But my truck was broken into and the radio stolen. I also hear loud music, odd things thru-out the night. If you're looking for a more secure, pleasant neighborhood, this isn't it.

I gave them the proper notice when I moved and when I went for an auto loan I was told that I did not give the notice and I owed a months rent. They said that they changed management and some of the paperwork was missing????? I ended up paying the 950.00 to clear this up...Do not rent from them!!!!!!!!!!
