At first it seemed an okay place to live and decent price for the space. However, that soon changed. There's always ghetto trash with several different cars in the parking lot and riding through at all hours of the night blasting music. Walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear your neighbors using the bathroom. Bugs come in from the fireplace. The office staff has completely changed for the worse. I have to park in other buildings lot because there is usually tons of cars that don't live here. I can't wait for my lease to be up, I am literally sick and tired of people upstairs running around. Sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. The area is horrible with crimes. Murders and car break ins just around the corner. People throwing trash everywhere. And when you complain, the office does nothing to address the issue. Trust me, just spend a little extra and rent elsewhere so that you can feel safe where you live. Also, thought it was great that they have 2 pools, tennis court, and gym. No one mentioned one of the pools never opens or the fact that the tennis court and gym were going to be torn down.

I think it is TERRIBLE how they wiped away the tennis court and now they have a brand new office building when those apartments need so much work! It is so selfish of the management.
