I've recently moved from out of state and not only had concerns about finding a new apartment, but I was not able to even see my new home until my move-in date.

(as I didn't have the opportunity to drive up in time).

Well I was pleasently suprised.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgable and my apartment looked great.

Additionally, my neighbors actually came and introduced themselves to me and told me how much they enjoy living here.

One of my neighbors said he's lived at Montecito for over 20 years! So far my experience here has been wonderful and I am already recommending the place to friends.
