I have been living at Montecito for a little over a year and I am very pleased. The staff are so kind and have been very helpful since the day I moved here.

Since I was new to Raleigh I really did not know my way around. The office staff is always willing to help me with directions. They even pull the information off of Map Quest for me.

The community is not brand new but it is very well maintained and I have had very few maintenance issues since moving in. When I have called in requests maitenance has been great. When they come to fix something they get it fixed the first time.

I really appreciate the kindess that the staff has shown me. I am pleased to call Montecito home.
