These are very unkempt apartments that are even below the standards of Government housing. The buildings are old and the paint is peeling off of everything, the area has seen increasing crime problems including a recent murder a block away. The buildings have several unresolved pest issues that are frequently ignored, and they pretend issues only exist with your apartment. For the money, you can find a much better apartment than what you get here.

The landscaping is actually the only thing they really put any effort into, but everything else is run down and dirty around the complex. I wouldn't live at a place, just because they keep the grass mowed and plant a few trees now and then.
