I am very appreciative and greatful to you and the rest of your staff for the time I spent at the Montecito Apts.

I was away from my family in (NJ) and the apartment, facilities, neighbors and staff at The Montecito were a comfort to me.

The location of Montecito is KING.

I had everything that I needed within walking distance or a very SHORT drive, but when I turn into the apartment complex, I was in a whole new secluded world of peace and quiet (very private).

It was my first in time living NC and it was a long time away from my wife and kids, however, I was made comfortable by the staff at Montecito Apts.

I had a great time there.

I will highly reccomend Montecito Apartments to people I know.
