Overall the apartment itself is nice. The storage in the apartment is limited but is adequate for the price we pay in rent. To my knowledge no one has entered my premises once to change a filter or anything since we moved in.



The biggest problem is the noise from the trucks that unload everynight all night to the Harris Teeter behind the apartment complex. Not to mention the all out construction that goes on.



Other than that the pool is nice and the fitness area is nice. Has washer and dryers available. Also has a nice business area with fax/faxprinter.



It?s a nice place to stay. Just don?t stay too long and don?t live on the side facing Harris Teeter.
