I have lived here for over 2 years. The office staff is very nice and not bad to look at either! Maintenance requests have always been done quickly. The office throws really fun parties, especially pool parties-Stonewood has catered atleast the last 2 pool parties. Large dogs aren?t allowed so the landscaping looks clean and neat. My neighbors are very friendly and I plan to stay here until I buy a house. I do reccomend this community for alot of reasons, mainly the hospitality from the staff and the fast maintenance. I have noticed on this website that alot of the other apts around here raise the rent a great deal, my rent has only increased $10 once. I also love the fact that I am directly beside Starbucks and Blockbuster. Another thing, last winter when we all lost power for 1-4 days, the office was open! The ladies had the fireplace going, they were cooking chicken noodle soup, hot chocolate and coffee for everyone on the grill. They even let anyone that wanted to spend the night in the office by the fireplace-now thats great service!
