Yes, we do check this site daily. As much as we would like to have ALL excellent reviews, sometimes you cannot. This is the main reason we look at this site.

We did lose a TV in the fun room due to a storm and it was replaced.

All the amenities are working with the exception of 1 dryer, GE is scheduled to fix it. Things do break and we have to go through the proper channels to get those items replaced.This is not uncommon in the apartment industry.

Most residents do have more than one car and yes they don't always drive them and that's o.k.

Rent here is not higher. We are comparable to surrounding apartments. Older communities may be cheaper.

We are also one of the only communities with a strict pet weight restriction (30lb max). We also send out notices to pet owners reminding them to pick up after their pet. If we can identify the owner of the fecal droppings we will address it to them personally.

As for the staff, I have been in the busniess for over 10 years and this is truely the first time I have been so lucky to work with such an amazing team!! We sincerely care about the residents here!! Our job looks easy but it takes a lot of skill and patience to balance an entire communities needs.

We try to make everyone comfortable enough to talk to us frankly about concerns. There will always be those few "anonymous" residents that will not call us or come by. That's why we appreciate this web-site. It's a great informative tool to help better ourselves. We welcome all comments and want to make everyone here at Muirfield happy!!
