Ive lived in Muirfield for a year and my wife and I enjoy it. The apartments themselves are very nice and fairly new. It's in a great place and as long as you get one of the apartments towards the back of the parking lots you won't have too much trouble with parking. Some of the apartments get a lot of traffic through their parking lots from the neigboring shopping center because its easier than turning left onto falls of the neuse.

The two issues I have are that the staff plays like they are kind and helpful, but sometimes its just a facade. Just warning you!! get everything in writing and don't ever look for them to waive any penalties for screw ups, especially your first year living here. The other issue is the trash, they have a community trash compactor which for many is a drive, not a walk away. Don't ever leave your trash outside your apartment for a little bit because it stinks and you will take it when you leave to get groceries, they will give you a fine.
