Apartment appearance is nice but service and maintaince are very slow to have things taken care of

The actaual apartment was really nice but it was a real pain to get the maintaince crew out to fix anything without more than one call. I know once i had and emergency call i am still waiting i had my boyfriend fix the toilet since maintaince never came.

Maintenance requests are never ignored. Especially an emergency! We log the requests in daily and follow up on what's outstanding.

Obviously that is not the case. Your attitude in responding to this complaint tells me I do not want to consider living in this apartment community and that is unfortunate. I had heard fairly good things about the apartment complex but your attitude speaks volumes. |

I have lived here since 2002 and I have had wonderful response with maitenance and would recommend these apts highly
