I have had the opportunity to speak with the manager and we have clarified and satisfactorily corrected the situation previously posted. The manager is a hardworking and dedicated person who strives to maintain the quality of the complex and resolve any client concerns or issues. I have adjusted my ratings based on our conversations and new found understanding.
