I have lived at this apartment complex for two and a half years and have had a very positive experience living here. The surrounding area is very nice and close to highways, shopping and restaurants. It is in a quieter part of town, so if you are young like i am, it is a drive to get to downtown Raleigh for the nightlife. I have only had two problems while living here...1) Parking...although it has cycles depending on who lives near you..sometimes it is fine and other times it is difficult. 2) I had a problem with water leaking in my apartment around the windows. The maintenance department did fix the problem but I had to call three times to make sure it was taken care of. Other than that I have had a great experience...the staff has been nice and has been very accomodating to my requests. Only reason I am leaving is because I just bought a house.
