Well, this appartment complex is very nice, but the rent prices goes up astronomically each year.

I have been there for a year and my rent just went up $125.00, I mean this is rediculous.

I am out of there in a couple of months even if I have to break the lease, it is cheaper than staying.

All I have to say, if watch out from the initial hook.

I think you are wrong about the rent going up that much, you might have had a lower price when you moved in, but check around for the size of these and what you get the price is just about right.
