My husband and I are currently doing some extreme searching in North Raleigh for an apartment complex to stay in for about a year until we decided to buy a house. We have narrowed it down but after these reviews they have really helped us. We did like Muirfield a lot one concern would be robberies that I have read about in the past and was curious if that had changed and another is the rent paying difference (I do understand at times of the year some maybe cheaper but I do want a really good deal) I think that we are offered a great price for the 3 bedroom. Hopefully I will get some response before we make a decision. If I could get some advice please we would appreciate it. Good and Bad would help. Thank you.

I visited Muirfield and loved the area. Unfortunately, traffic is a serious drawback, and the quality of the construction didn't impress me at all. It looks like Muirfield will have a short life before deteriorating into a maintenance nightmare. I'd recommend you sort the Raleigh lists bt rating. Then, check out the communities with a good number of positive reviews.

I have lived here for around 6 months so far. I love it and wouldn't choose another apartment complex! I am a single female living alone and have never felt unsafe here. Have not seen nor heard of any robbery problems. The traffic getting out of the complex to Falls of Neuse in the morning takes about 3-4 minutes and is really no that bad in my opinion.
