I moved here almost a year ago, So far no issues. I had a blind that would not go up and down correctly when I moved in, they came and put a new one in within a day. For the price they are very nice. I checked and rent is not going up when my lease is up so if I don't buy a place I will be staying for another year. (Well I quess I have to change this part of it. Got home today from work, and my rent is going up just a little to much for me to stay put. I was told that the rent would not go up and it is, so I would have to agree with the person that posted before, Rent is way to high for this.) Lots of windows which was a big plus,(when you come from owning a house) just for the lighting. The people are really nice, I would have to say the only issue I have is that people that are above on the 3rd floor need to learn to walk a little softer. The office staff is great, and it's close to everything.
