Happiness doesn't last long at this place and here are the reasons to stay away!
1. These apartments were built about as cheap as it gets. VERY POOR insulation-cold air pours in through the windows, and you will have huge electric bills.
2. VERY LITTLE parking spaces and the parking spaces are very small and I got "dings" all over my car!
3. Things like plastic kitchen faucets, no microwave, bathroom drawers that come loose.
4. You don't get a schedule for when maintenance will be replacing air vents and never know when they will be coming in your apt. to change them, and they were not changed very often.
5. Lawn maintenance sucks! You will never see them powerwash the buildings or stairwells, so they are disgusting looking and are filled with dead bugs.
6. I had ants on my 3rd floor apartment which took months to get rid of!
7. They will "UP" your rent EVERY time your lease expires and not just a couple of bucks!
Overall rating is very poor!

I really don't get it. I lived there for a year, too. I didn't have any problems with the same management you speak of and I never saw these problems with my apartment or building. I had to move for several reasons and if you think Muirfield is a shotty place, come and visit me. The apartments where I live now are so cheap I can hear the next door neighbors BREATHE!

This was not my experience either. ------- was wonderful to work with and very understanding if we need help with mantainance or anything else for that matter. We lived at Muirfield for 3 years with no problems. Sounds like this tenant was just a miserable person and nothing could make them happy.

I will have to agree that the parking here sucks, the spaces are narrow and sometimes it is impossible to get into your car in the mornings, but I love the fact that we have been here a year and have NEVER heard a neighbor at all.
