Good Stuff:

I live there now (2002) and I have found their maintenance staff to be very responsive. Their office staff is great! They keep the common areas clean and are comfortably strict on their rules (working on vehicles, keeping the trash off the porches, etc). There seems to be ample parking in the place where I live and it is great living so close to the grocery store. Traffic backs up a little bit getting to 540 in the morning, but now that the road has been widened, it is only a brief delay. There is a place to wash your car and a nice size playground for children. Nice large closets. We love living here.



Not-so-Good Stuff



At one time this year, we did have a problem with a few vehicles being broken into, but so were alot of complexes near us. I do not consider that to be any fault of the complex; it just happens. The refrigerators are a bit small for us, but maybe okay for others and I could use additional storage space in the kitchen. The tops of the windows on the first floor do not open, so you cannot really sleep with your windows open on the first floor during mild weather.
