RENT much higher than our morgage. Neighborhood turned very shaddy, with cars and homes burglerized and vandilized. Found two residents in complex paying @ $160.00 less in rent per month for same size apartment. Also other very shaddy dealings from management. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE QUALITY OF LIVING! PARKING BECAME A SERIOUS PROBLEM!
