Slum and Ghetto

These apartments are absolutely ridiculous. IF you idea of a nice living arrangement is a slum lord landlord who tries to rip you off after the apartment floods from his own negligence, or you love neighbhors who blast music all hours of the night any day of the week, as well as scumbags who have no respect for other human beings living right next door this place is for you!!!!
