My other review was removed since I had quoted a news article that reported a drive by fatal shooting in the parking lot of North Timbers. Since I am no longer able to quote it...you can go to WRAL?s website [WRAL.com]yourself and read up on it. I would never live in this horribly rundown, unsafe apt complex again. Over the time I had lived there, it really got worse.
