Please do not move in here as there are drug deals going on in the parking lot and there was a drive by shooting. While the location is convienent to Capital Blvd and shopping it is very noisy. The neighbors I had where extremely noisy and played their music until 5am. The management is terrible. They look the other way about problems and are inflexible. I paid to get out of the lease early because I did not feel safe outside the apartment after dark. The rent is low but the apartments are old and rundown, there are cigarette butts all over the steps, trash and beer cans. It took about 2 weeks for that to get cleaned up. It is not a safe community, I would suggest calling the police to get all of the crime statistics for this complex before you move in.
