I've lived in North Timbers since October of 2002. It is a fairly decent subdivision to live in. The area is not a high crime area. There is crime everywhere, so I don't know if I would base my decision off of one incident. The apartments are a good size. My only complaint would be that things that need to be fixed are not often fixed correctly. I have had to have the AC repaired numerous times in one summer. I have had one other thing, half done when I needed it fixed. But, in all fairness, other things were fixed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction.
