There are regular armed thefts in the area. Plus I would hope that you don't have a new car cause it will be stolen or broken into at the least. The management tolerates anyone as long as the rent is paid. The laundermats are crap and the so called "basketball courts" are mere storage areas for matience. A man was shot in the face just a few yards from my apartment. My car was broken into and looted. There were 3 bumbs that the management let live outside of my apartment for at least a week. All ran when the police were called only to show up again in an hour. There are regular fights in the parking lot between spanish speaking people every other day. And to top it off things are rarely ever fixed.
