I've been living here for not quite a year now, and I like it. I myself, like the previous lady, am a single female and I haven't had any problems. In fact, my neighbors have been very nice to me. The office staff was very helpful when I moved in, and they have been very nice to me since. Maintenance is not always done the same day as when I call it in, but they always get the job done within a day or so. I would say overall that it's not a bad place to be. It is a nice apartment for the money, as well as it's walking distance to the grocery store! Very convenient!
