Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Constant turnover in office leads to confusion in management. Lease has a clause that automatically renews for 6 months should you not request new rental rate info or give notice to vacate 2 months prior to lease expiration. Management not very cooperative or concerned about tenant concerns...
