I have lived at North Timbers for the last four years and have had a wonderful experience here. The neighborhood is very quiet. The landscaping is well-maintained and, best of all, the rent is very reasonable. I have had only one increase in my rent since I've moved in and it was only $10. The staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance is prompt and courteous. The apartments were recently painted and look new and fresh. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend North Timbers.
