Not that bad, but not the best, great price for what you get

I am a yound male in my twenties. I have lived at NT for about a year. I love the price and the extras you receive such as washer and dryer and a fireplace. I have not had any problems but do lock the doors at night. The area is by no means the ghetto but is declining in my opionion. It is very easy to access many parts of the city. The people here are 3 white, ------- american, and latino. Management is ok but no cigar. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10.
