Thses apts need a lot of work. The outside of the buildings looks old and needs to be remodeled. The parking lot is all chopped up and confused, needs to be paved! I feel sorry for that young girl trying to walk with high heels on that parking lot. Step down the wrong way, you will twist your ankle. Sometimes garbage is piled up at the dumpster. There are a lot of misc people that walk around here at night. This is not a place for a single young lady. My car got towed for nothing, and they wouldn't reinburse me. I have been living for more than year, and my car gets towed! What kind of mess is that' They will tow your car even if you have a sticker and won't pay you back. I keep losing money in the stupid dryer. They never work! The so called weight room is a shoe box and has this little 1971 weight system and they dont have no weight locks and two broken machines from 1959 that I didnt even know existed. Don't talk to loud cause people will hear you and you can also hear people talking outside. The manager looks like Mr. Burns from the simpsons and acts just like him! She is wack! I am definitely out of here when my lease is up! Move here if you want, if these things won't bother you!

I lived here and this place is a disaster area. The ceiling to my roof leaked for months and it didnt get fixed unitl i was moving. When i moved in the master bathroom had a stain in the bathroom tub, and I notified management, they said i would not get charged for this when i moved out, and what happened...I still got charged!!!I was furious when this showed up on my credit report, something i didnt do. When management changed, they misplaced records, and failed to notify me of the disputed stain becoming my fault. Move here, and you will feel unsafe as well, my car window also was busted out in this neighborhood. Talk about unsafe. I agreee with everyone else about the property being a total disgrace, from the weight room, to the parking lot needing pavement repairs, to the laundry room. The noise level is also ridiculous, I can go on and on about this infested area, but i would need more time, and space.
