Do not rent from here if you are looking for a respectable place to live. My apartment was considered uninhabitable for most of my stay there according to the Health Department (which I had to call because of this place and the BBB) and when an agreement was made with the manager for me to leave before my lease was up at no charge due to the issue (constant leaks and mold covering half the wall in the kitchen and the closet from broken water lines in the wall they refused to fix) I find out they reprted me to collections for $1000 without ever notifing me. The carpet was pulled up and they had a big fan in the living room for 2 months just to try to keep the carpet dry aside from the puddle of water it was sitting in, all the while my belongings had to be pushed to the 1 side of the room and the rooms are not that big to begin with. Plus beware of parking - they have no problem having your car towed in the middle of the night without informing you or giving you a parking pass. And I will say that if they don't recall the collections claim you will see pictures of just how bad it was on News Channel 5 on your side. (I would rate it less than 1 star if I could)
