Please reconsider. It is noisey and the kids trample your plants in the garden. the place could use a major overhauling.

There is noise at night till midnight outside and there are beer cans trown out on the sidewalk on weekends.

Look at the apartment before signing the lease. Our place had many things like dishwasher and plumbing not working. Service is slow and we had to wait over the weekend to get the sink and shower fixed. we had signed the lease and were worried.

The summer has brought bugs into my kitchen I do not like that.

People dump the garbage by the hopper om weekends when they get full. It looks ugly.

Maybe the new tower that will be built near the mall may make them fix it up. I is a chance. that is why the apartments are so cheap.

why are you growing a garden at an apartment??? Of course the kids will trample it!
