I am here a year and the maintenence is slow. The problem with the noise is better now that it is cool. We saw the garbage and beer can problem cleaned up the day after the complaint was made and it was better. The bugs are still a problem in the kitchen. I would like them to be removed. I think the walls are old and bugs live there.

I like the place and the staff is great but the rule of waiting your turn for mantenence is bad.

We hope it improves when the new office building is built.

We are moving from here. The bug problem is worse and the apartments look in need a paint job on the exteriors. This is a cheap rent but if they would fix up the outside it would be nicer. The kitchen sucks with the bugs. We got a new dishwasher. That was good.
