There is a HUMUNGOUS roach problem. Both the little roaches that I agree probably live in the walls and the large roaches that come in through the drain pipes. If you come to see the place, make sure you see a vacant apartment and check in the electrical box crack, on top of the cabinets, behind the kitchen drawers and under any loose counter top. No matter how much bleach and cleaner you use, they are around and run on the refrigerator! If you have to move there because of price/location, have your place - the entire place exterminated weekly. Miss a week and you are in for a disgusting group of residents. Children are just that, children and they will play. That is not a noise problem. Beer cans all over and the dumpster trash not making it in, that is true as well.

I concur! We(me and my family) moved in several years ago we were there no even 2 weeks. Roaches everywhere. The owners let us out of our lease but did not give us back our deposit. I couldn't believe that they would expect someone to live that way. Never again.
