if you call for a/c and is dark the company dont aloud the maitenence to came and fix your a/c and they came to fixed 2 or 3 days later. I talk with oder redidents and they toltd me they haven the same problems and have trash all around the complex. The pools (2) are closed because they don't have a CPO to pass the insection of the wake

I live at Richmond Hills, operator by the same people, never seen so many empty apartments, can't rent, now there will be new owners in Jan. 2010, lets see if anything get done, this place is too far gone to try and fix up, they need too blow all the buildings up and start over.
