6 months ago the management changed certain rules and that changed the crowd attracted to the apt. Earlier it was just family oriented folks most of them waiting for their houses to be built.

Now its a lot of youngsters , college people and partying people. It is not even safe as it was before. There were at least 5 -6 incidents of police cars coming in esp at night .. because some groups of people having fights etc.

Was a great place to live, but not now. esp for family oriented people .. Maybe great for singles / youngsters

after 6 months they increased the rent price by 50$ !!

also we found that different people were paying variedly different rents for the same type of appartments..outrageous
