Moved to this apartment after leaving a property that is now heading downhill.

Really satisfied with the pleasant office staff and responsive maintenance team. Any requests to them are handled promptly and courteously. Staff changes haven't affected the high level of service.

Management holds get-togethers for the residents and makes you feel welcome.

Children are well behaved and grounds are kept clean.

Really like the hard floors in the main wear areas. They stay clean as opposed to carpeting.

Very low utility bills thanks to heat pumps and good insulation.

This is a wonderful place to rent. If it were a condo, I'd buy it.

Come by and check it out. Much better than the average Raleigh apartment.
