We have been living here for going on 4 years. They have a great base school (a magnet school that has extra programs for the kids). The school bus comes to the front of the complex to pick up the kids. It is close to local parks and there is a playground and a pool in the complex. Ample shopping is just around the corner. The only thing I would recomend is not to leave your kids bikes on the patio or they will get stolen (I speak from experience). I am not the first either.
