What is "Be Advised" Talking About

This has to be crazy.

I've lived here two years and regularly work out in the exercise room at 4AM.

There is no significant litter in the parking areas or grounds. No raucous noise. Police come if needed, and we're getting a Neighborhood Watch going.

Either this poster is rating the wrong community or they're just trying to make a great community look bad.

Please ignore the "Be Advised" review. It's just craziness.
