I lived there and at first everyone seemed nice but if you ever needed help with something they were unwilling to help!

I feel the same as the first person. The 3rd manager in 2 years.. something is not right. They seem really nice to your face, but I feel that they talk about you behind your back

Not my experience at all. We're on our third lease. Just yesterday (Easter Sunday), we returned home and noticed some water around the water heater. Called emergency maintenance, and a technician was immediately dispatched to check it out. This morning, Dale and Buzz came to replace the water heater expansion tank. What more could anyone want from a landlord? I asked last Thursday for a preventive exterminator visit to keep ants out by doing our exterior walls. Next day, Dodson Brothers came on their weekly visit and did the service. No idea how you feel management failed you, but it's not typical here. The management teams turn over as managers move on to new opportunities. Our most recent manager is very friendly and seems to want to accommodate tenant requests. I'm still happy here. |
