Used To Be a Nice Place to Live

This apartment complex was the nicest I lived in. Unfortunately, towards the end of my stint there, the clientele was rapidly changing. This dramatic shift in clientele has had a severe negative effect on what used to be a nice place to live. Combined with the noisy shopping center recently developed behind the apartments, I would recommend renting elsewhere. It's really ashame because both the management and maintenance are top-notch. The units are spacious. The grounds are meticulously groomed and parking was never an issue.

Actually, the shopping center is a major benefit. It gives us another way out of Sumner Blvd with a traffic signal to ease merging into traffic on Old wake Forest Road. The new stores are neat too. So far, the only difference in residents we've noticed is the presence of more kids. No problems with them so far. |

Ummm, get over what? By the way the word "Clientele" in the US Thesaurus means customers, clients, consumers. If NRC is a business (which I think it is by the rent I paid every month), the people who rent there ARE in fact clientele. Perhaps "renters" are how a low-grade apartment compex refers to their customers.

You guys are so funny! Renters, Clientele, who cares what we are called? Either way you are paying for the right to occupy a particular unit within the property. PA4EVA, your review would have been more accurate and more helpful if you would have explained more about "This dramatic shift in clientele has had a severe negative effect on what used to be a nice place to live." What were the negative effects? What kind of changes in the clientele/renters did you notice? Specifics give far more credibility than a vague statement like the one you offered. BobLevine, thank you for pointing out the benfefit of the traffic signal in the shopping center - it shows a specific rebuttal to PA4EVA's opinion.
