I have enjoyed my stay here from the start and wanted to write a review since day 1, but I decided I should wait and give it a few months. Well, it has been 6 months now and I still love it. I have a very nice 2 bedroom on Highline St. I feel safe here, the neighbors are friendly, and the office staff is always happy to see me. I enjoy the fitness room and my family really loved the pool this past summer. The grounds are beautiful and I do enjoy walking around the community. My apartment is well insulated, occassionally I will hear my upstairs neighbor walking heavily on the floor with her high heels, but other than that I don't hear anything. I have only had a couple of minor issues as far as maintenance, I needed a part for my dishwasher, and needed some new insulation around my front door and the same day it was requested, they arrived and fixed it for me. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a safe and quiet place to live.

OK - So you live on Highline...hello neighbor...have you seen the issue with cars parking on the side of the road?? I don't know about you, but that curve makes it really hard to see when there are 2 work vans parked on the side. I have trash in the back of the yard - up against the "forest". The trash blew off my neighbor's porch...surprised the jeans they have had drying out there for 7 months haven't blown away, yet. They haven't replaced the shutters that blew off from that storm last week, either...on bldg 6820, I think...And the bins where you are supposed to dispose of dog waste...they are overflowing with household trash...a detergent bottle was in there the other day, which means I am supposed to rearrange people's trash to try and keep the grounds clean of my dog's waste....greattttt I am not saying that NRC is bad - it was worse about half way through my lease...but I would not call this place safe (car robbery in July), nor quiet (loud music and people blowing car horns to tell people to come outside). It's do-able in my humble opinion...end of story
